My Friend is my Frenemy ~ I Can't Stop Crying

I have a cyberbullying site on Youtube, but also write up excerpts in blogs to help girls out with FRENENMIES. It's a constant battle.Several girls have sent me urgent messages to help them with their 'FRENEMIE' (Friend Now Enemy).

This is GOING TO BE HARD. I want you to cry until your last cry is out and then have a nice hot bath with music to your favorite songs/christian music/uplifting music. When you dry off, think of it like wiping away the left over feelings.

I hope you are able to avoid her in the halls, at the lockers, & in the classrooms. You need to protect your dignity and focus on you.

1. Don't talk to her...especially by email, chat, text, etc. Do not respond. If it's killing you to respond then sign xoxo so she knows you received the message or saw it. DON'T RESPOND ANYTHING ELSE. This is borderline bullying now.

2. Focus only on you. So, you need to set up a plan or draw up a map of your school for each day so you know where you are going, need to go, or where to avoid. If you don't want to be around anyone, then read a book, cranks some tunes, work in the library, set up blog, etc. Anything to keep you away from walking into them ~ DO NOT SHARE ANYTHING WITH YOUR FRIEND.

3. At this point, you shouldn't be talking with her. You are in protection mode. You've got a safe place to go during the breaks. If you want to strike up a conversation with someone new, then give it a try BUT DON'T MENTION WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU. You can't let your side leak out to anyone.

4. See if you can join something new like hip hop, boxercise, curves, something to keep you fit. Curves is 30 minutes and some school distrects accept it in place of gym...so check that option out if it works for you.
